1.Ask all users to exit the relevant database.
2.Start the relevant database.
3.From the menu click VIEW, TOOLBARS, CUSTOMISE.
4.From Categories (left) side, scroll down and click NEW MENU.
5.From Commands (right) side, drag the New Menu item up and drop it to the right-hand side of the DATABASE button (on the yellow triangle toolbar).
6.Click the MODIFY SELECTION button.
7.In the NAME box type the database name in UPPERCASE.
8.Press ENTER.
9.Click CLOSE.
10.Let all users know they can go back in!
