During Health & Safety visits, a part of the process is to identify which businesses would like to be involved in additional activity.

To generate a Industry links report, showing a business' requested involvement, please follow the procedure below:

Choose any provider e.g. Asda
Click on tab 6: Industry links
Click on 'Find providers offering Industry Links' button. (Square button right hand side)
Select 'Industry link' from dropdown menu. e.g. 01 Work Experience, 02 Employability Activities
Select Involvement e.g. Would like involvement, Would like more information
Click Ok

A screen will now display showing all providers who match these categories.

These providers should now be contacted as a follow-up to their recent Health and Safety visit.

Once contacted, please delete the industry link so that it is not generated on the next report, thus ensuring that the provider is not contacted twice for the same reason.

Please add an agency agency contact confirming that this contact has been made.
