STAR update
Possible issue with previously entered H&S data
Yesterday produced an issue where a Star appointment was entered, but not visible to the H&S officer.
Cause:
The original appointment showing on the screen was very old (3yrs) and was booked to the same person due to carry out the next appointment. (which may be a contributary factor).
Issue:
The appointment was not linked to Star and this was evidenced by there being no drop-down to select in the 'last name' box below.
Resolution:
Re-select 'Agency making the check' selecting other than b&e (e.g. BXL Services Ltd), then select b&e again and check that the 'person making the check' dropdown box is now visible.
