The Employer Request
letters went out last week, so expect
responses any day now. Please note the following:
1.) Agency
Contact records have been added to
show each provider that was sent a letter.
2.) The
Contact Purpose table has been updated for you to record the replies, as
below:

- There is an accompanying
letter in the same folder, which will prompt you for input of name and
address details when you open it.
Please don't save
copies of this, it's designed to be generic.
- Remember to add an Agency
